What can I expect as a member?

At Oak Enrichment you can expect access to our team of wellness specialists who provide expert guidance on stress management, nutrition, exercise programs, mental fitness, and more. Whether it’s an individual client or a business team, our members have access to specialists who work with your schedule to help you achieve your wellness goals. Additionally, our specialists are available for on-site visits for our corporate members.

Where do concierge services take place?

Our wellness specialists tailor customized plans for our clients at their preferred location.

Are there plans for businesses too?

Yes! We help businesses create and tailor wellness plans for their team members. Our specialists are available to provide customized care to team members in business spaces.

Can I apply for a team membership for my employees?

Professional wellness is Oak Enrichment’s specialty. We have a team of experts who focus on workplace wellness, including physical and mental fitness, travel, and work/life balance. How is Oak Enrichment different from traditional medical care?

Oak Enrichment is concierge wellness service that focuses on your overall level of wellness. Whereas traditional medical care tends to focus on curing an existing problem, our goal is to support wellness to prevent health problems from occurring. We also strive to provide the best possible support and resources for our clients to face with confidence any existing or future wellness challenges. Oak Enrichment also provides customized team wellness plans for businesses and corporations, including retreats for employees and clients.

What does my membership fee cover?

Your concierge membership fee reserves your place in the practice and ensures you are eligible for all the services offered. Some of the conveniences of this model include an individualized treatment plan and a focus on prevention and wellness, same/next day office visits, on-time appointments, unhurried appointments, ease of scheduling, and direct physician contact information for after-hours emergencies.

What is the minimum age for membership?

As a premier concierge program that focuses on adult wellness services, Oak Enrichment is currently admitting members 18 years and older. However, there are exceptions to this rule. Please contact us for more information if you, a family member, or an employee fall outside of this age range.

Do I still need health insurance?

All patients are encouraged to have medical insurance coverage, as Oak Enrichment membership does not replace insurance and is not health care insurance. Your membership fee only reserves your place in the practice and does not replace your insurance coverage.  You should maintain your insurance for any specialty referrals, labs, imaging, or other testing that we might recommend. Some insurances like Medicare do require us to bill your insurance for certain services we provide to you.

Are membership fees reimbursable by my health insurance?

Insurance companies typically do not cover the membership fee. It is an out-of-pocket cost.  You can check with your accountant to see if it is a deduction you can claim on your taxes. For questions regarding insurance, please speak to your health insurance company representative. If your company already has an Oak Enrichment membership, please check with your Human Resources officer to see what wellness service fees your company covers.

Is there a fee to join or cancel my membership?

​For each new member there is an enrollment processing fee of $100. Membership plans can be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your preference. 

We understand that your wellness needs may change, and we want to support your decision if you need to cancel your membership. As a courtesy to our staff, we ask that you provide 30-day advance notice of cancellation. If you sign up for a quarterly, or annual payment plan and decide to cancel, your remaining balance will be refunded minus the month in which you cancel. For monthly payment plans we unfortunately cannot refund payments for the remainder of the month in which you cancel.
